How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are reviewed before approval. Most PayPal payouts are processed within 24 to 72 hours, though first payouts and larger amounts may take longer while our team completes additional checks.
How do I earn coins?
Coins are credited when an advertiser or offerwall partner confirms a completed action, such as a finished survey, app install or registration. Reward amounts and crediting times vary by offer and partner.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link from the Referrals page. When someone signs up through your link and earns coins, a percentage of their earnings is credited to your account. There is no cost to the referred user.
An offer didn't credit. What do I do?
Some offers take time to verify with the advertiser. If a reward is still missing after 24 hours, email support@oumacash.com with your username, the offer name, and any confirmation details. Our team will investigate the case.
Is OumaCash free to use?
Yes. Creating an account and using the platform is free. We do not request deposits or payment from users.
