Terms of Service

Account holders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in their jurisdiction. The service is not available where prohibited by law.

Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. Each account holder is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under the account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to support.

Coins are credited only when an advertiser or offerwall partner confirms a valid and complete action. Partial completions, duplicate submissions and invalid activity do not result in payment. Crediting times depend on the partner and the type of action.

Activity is monitored to protect honest users and advertising partners. Indicators such as bots, emulators, stolen credentials, location spoofing, fabricated form data, click spamming and coordinated reward farming trigger review. Rewards from invalid activity may be reversed and the related account may be restricted.

Each individual may operate only one OumaCash account. Creating, controlling or benefiting from multiple accounts is grounds for closing all related accounts and forfeiting their balances.

VPNs, residential proxies, GPS spoofing and similar tools that misrepresent location or device identity are not permitted. Tampering with postbacks or interfering with reward tracking is treated as fraud. Further detail is available in the Fair Use Policy.

Coins are an in-platform unit of account. They have no cash value outside OumaCash and can only be redeemed through the official withdrawal flow. Reward rates, conversion ratios and caps may be adjusted from time to time.

Withdrawals are sent to the PayPal email address provided by the account holder. Minimum payout thresholds and daily limits are shown inside the application. Each withdrawal is reviewed prior to processing and typically completes within 24 to 72 hours. A payout may be delayed, denied or reversed if fraud rules are triggered, identity verification is required, or the payout would otherwise breach these Terms.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abusive conduct, or for legal or operational reasons. Coins associated with a closed account may be forfeited.

Reward eligibility ultimately depends on third-party advertisers and offerwall partners. OumaCash does not control their qualification decisions and is not responsible for reversals, chargebacks or adjustments those partners apply.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OumaCash disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. Versions are incremented only when content actually changes.
